CSaB Comparing: Semifinals Group 2

When we last left the camp, we witnessed my first set of predictions come true. Danny Gokey, Alexis Grace and Ricky Braddy all made it to the Top 13. Other than that, the Tatiana del Toro had just given us her victory speech of being able to get into the Wild Card once more not to disappoint fans, give her best, thank all the legions of fans for supporting her and naming every single one of her influences including Whitney Houston to whom she dedicates her song to, yada yada yada. In short, we wanted her to put a sock in it. Anoop Desai also gets his deserved Wild Card spot too. Now, we move on to group two. And here was my prediction:

  1. Allison Iraheta – 82
  2. Adam Lambert – 65
  3. Kris Allen – 63
  4. Megan Joy – 57
  5. Mishavonna Henson – 54
  6. Jesse Langseth – 48
  7. Nick Mithcell – 39
  8. Kai Kalama – 35
  9. Matt Breitzke – 30
  10. Jasmine Murray – 25
  11. Matt Giraud – 21
  12. Jeanine Vailes – 6

And here are the real results from Camp Should-a-been:

  1. Allison Iraheta – 82
  2. Adam Lambert – 65
  3. Kris Allen – 63
  4. Megan Joy – 57
  5. Mishavonna Henson – 54
  6. Jesse Langseth – 48
  7. Nick Mithcell – 39
  8. Kai Kalama – 35
  9. Matt Breitzke – 30
  10. Jasmine Murray – 25
  11. Matt Giraud – 21
  12. Jeanine Vailes – 6

And it’s another exact match. Man, this just means that my predictions for tomorrow are right too. But don’t tell the staff at WhatNotToSing.com that I gave you the inside leak. Just kidding! Well, I re-commend Allison for the first five star performance of the camp. And camp counselors, the other two who made it through are Kradam Albert and Adris Lamen. Yeah, don’t tell them that Anoop stole their bottle of friendship nail polish.

And of course, I tried my best to get Matt Giraud and Jesse Langseth to the Wild Card but I couldn’t. I tried looking for loophole after loophole in the Camp Should-a-been constitution but unless you are in the top eight of those who didn’t make the Top 9, you have to be escorted out of the premises. I even argued that the Wild Card is for those who may have done bad prior but might bring something new to the table when brought back. But it was unfair to the top eight non-finalist entrants said the Camp Judge and totally against the constitution. So my complaint was overruled. Even Simon Fuller could only snarl at the fact that his favorites didn’t make it.

Megan Joy with her joy to be in the wild card decided to scream her penchant for cawing on stage once announced she will compete once more. And we finally give Mishavonna Henson a spot in the Wild Card, much farther than what she has achieved in previous seasons. It makes you wonder why they had to bring Sarver and Breitzke after their sing-off if they’re just going to get eliminated anyway.
