CSaB Comparing: Top 11 Week

It’s Grand Ole Opry night at Camp Should-a-been and without having Anoop or Matt in this replay, someone else would get the title of top ranker on this night. Anoop though has just stolen Allison’s hairdye and Danny’s eyeglasses. Good job Anoop! You may have been eliminated but you’re really messing things up. HAHAHA. Anyway, down to my predictions (adjusted from last blog):

  1. Kris Allen – 76
  2. Allison Iraheta – 69
  3. Felicia Barton* – 62
  4. Danny Gokey – 58
  5. Ricky Braddy* – 58
  6. Adam Lambert – 51
  7. Jun’ot Joyner* – 45
  8. Alexis Grace – 44
  9. Kristen McNamara* – 41
  10. Lil Rounds – 37
  11. Scott Macintyre – 34

And here’s the real thing:

  1. Kris Allen – To Make You Feel My Love 76
  2. Allison Iraheta – Blame It On Your Heart 69
  3. Felicia Barton* – Summertime Blues 61
  4. Ricky Braddy* Friends in Low Places 61
  5. Danny Gokey – Jesus, Take the Wheel 58
  6. Adam Lambert – Ring of Fire 51
  7. Jun’ot Joyner* – Shameless 47
  8. Alexis Grace – Jolene 44
  9. Kristen McNamara* – Poor Poor Pitiful Me 42
  10. Lil Rounds – Independence Day 37
  11. Scott Macintyre – Wild Angels 34

First things first, we can notice that without Anoop or Matt, Kris Allen, our defending champ, takes top honors in this round. And without them too, the rankings are pretty low in comparison. A mistake I made from my predictions is that instead of Danny and Ricky tying for 4th, Felicia and Ricky tie for 3rd. What WhatNotToSing.com did was consider Ricky’s wildcard performance of Superstition as his performance for MJ week thus making a new average for Ricky. Thus, he now decays at the same score with Felicia. I got Felicia’s score wrong by one point and Ricky’s by three points. Not much significance actually.

So basically, Danny takes 5th now for his ok performance of the Carrie Underwood song. Adam comes 6th with the controversial Ring of Fire. And Alexis Grace survives this week not even reaching the bottom three thus she’ll go further in this replay than in the show. She may have dirtied it up but it didn’t help her that much. So this means Kristen, Lil and Scott are in the bottom three. And as I correctly predicted… Scott leaves us tonight.

So far, I’ve predicted the ones who’ll leave correctly. but I would need to account for some changes:

  1. Due to WNTS deliberately using Ricky’s final average when he left the show, I have to adjust both Ricky and Felicia’s scores.
  2. Also, the decay rates used on Jun’ot and Kristen are smaller. I will also take this into account.
  3. This will mean I would do a repeat of predictions right here. Please bear with me:

TOP 10: MoTown

  1. Adam Lambert – 85
  2. Allison Iraheta – 80
  3. Kris Allen – 68
  4. Alexis Grace* – 60
  5. Felicia Barton* – 55
  6. Ricky Braddy* – 55
  7. Danny Gokey – 54
  8. Jun’ot Joyner* – 43
  9. Lil Rounds – 42
  10. Kristen McNamara* – 37

TOP 9: Top Downloads Week

  1. Kris Allen – 85
  2. Adam Lambert – 69
  3. Allison Iraheta – 55
  4. Danny Gokey – 55
  5. Alexis Grace* – 53
  6. Felicia Barton* – 50
  7. Ricky Braddy* – 50
  8. Jun’ot Joyner* – 37
  9. Lil Rounds – 36

TOP 8: Year You Were Born Week

  1. Adam Lambert – 92
  2. Allison Iraheta – 83
  3. Kris Allen – 49
  4. Alexis Grace* – 46
  5. Danny Gokey – 44
  6. Felicia Barton* – 43
  7. Ricky Braddy* – 43
  8. Jun’ot Joyner* – 33

TOP 7: Songs from the Cinema Week

  1. Adam Lambert – 68
  2. Kris Allen – 64
  3. Allison Iraheta – 47
  4. Alexis Grace* – 40
  5. Felicia Barton* – 37
  6. Ricky Braddy* – 37
  7. Danny Gokey – 35

Top 7 REDUX: Disco Week

  1. Kris Allen – 85
  2. Adam Lambert – 78
  3. Allison Iraheta – 70
  4. Danny Gokey – 52
  5. Alexis Grace* – 36
  6. Felicia Barton* – 33
  7. Ricky Braddy* – 33

So there isn’t much change here actually. I basically have Lil and Jun’ot swap places. I’m not so sure about this swap though because the scores are too close to call. It will depend on next episode’s decay rates if something changes here.
