CSaB Comparing Finale

With Adam Lambert gone, the game became an unpredictable one. Even with my own predictions, I had no real clue as to who would win. I predicted Kris would win but only by a little. Here’s how it broke down:

  1. Allison Iraheta* – I Can’t Make You Love Me – 62
  2. Kris Allen – Ain’t No Sunshine – 88
  1. Allison Iraheta* – Who’ll Stop the Rain – 53
  2. Kris Allen – What’s Going On – 51

  1. Allison Iraheta* – No Boundaries – 37
  2. Kris Allen – No Boundaries – 25

And the results?

  1. Allison Iraheta* – I Can’t Make You Love Me – 64
  2. Kris Allen – Ain’t No Sunshine – 88
  1. Allison Iraheta* – Who’ll Stop the Rain – 53
  2. Kris Allen – What’s Going On – 51

  1. Allison Iraheta* – No Boundaries – 47
  2. Kris Allen – No Boundaries – 25

WHAT!?!?! It’s a tie!?!?! I can’t believe it. My reprise score is 2 points off. The Simon Fuller song is on spot. The Coronation song is off by 10 points. WHAT HAPPENED!?!?! Well it turns out, Kris did win…by HALF A POINT when all the rounding errors are accounted for.

I’m so ecstatic, I can’t even compose a decent blog. KRIS WON!!! Take that bitterberts! Kris’s score in Ain’t No Sunshine trumps Iraheta’s by 24 points. But Iraheta gains some ground by beating Kris in the next song by 2 points. With a 22 point lead, Kris seemed like a shoe-in…but with No Boundaries, what do you know, Allison got a 22 point win over Kris. What does that mean? They tied! But based on averages done on the real show, they determined that Kris scored half a point higher than Allison making Kris the winner of Camp Should-a-been. Congrats Kris!

I salute Kradison for making the best Camp Should-a-been ever, trumping every single contestant on this show by a huge margin. This win of Kradison is one for the history books. They’re friendship will be written in the Hall of Fame. Congrats guys!
